Need: Input on VOIP
Anyone have it? Who is your provider? How is the service? Is it more expensive or less than traditional phone service?

Have you received any help with this? Our district has changed our entire program to VOIP. We have on-call VOIP providers and service 24/7 at work...no joke! I've been through 3 training sessions and use it everyday now. I now help the rest of our Deputies for them to understand the system.
