Synopsis

In this one-man skit, we observe a customer-service representative respond to a customer complaint over the telephone. Although his company is clearly in the wrong, he lies, makes excusses, complains, and accuses rather than admit any fault.
Finally, he hangs up on the customer, complaining that with all he has to put up with, he should get a raise.
